Storm chasers use a variety of tools to help them determine where the best storms are, such as this radar product called Gibson Ridge Level 3. The doppler radar at Lubbock, TX, is showing two well-developed supercell storms west of Brownfield, and the position of the storm chaser is marked by the white circle. This is the tour director's laptop display in the chase van.
