Prairie House - Blunt South Dakota

There is always a story associated with these old houses on the prairie and I often find myself wondering how these structures came to be, and why they were later abandoned. I found this little house on the prairie rather intriguing since it was fairly close to rural road, which is often not the case. The somewhat dreary skies added to the forlorn look of this old homestead.
