Northern Lights Reflections - Berks County Pennsylvania

Solar activity was high during the fall of 2003 and 2004 when many beautiful aurora displays were visible in the mid-latitude region of the United States. Anticipating another night of displays, I headed to a high spot above pretty Blue Marsh Lake and set up for what I hoped would be a nice display reflected in the waters below. I was not disappointed when I captured this image looking north over the calm lake waters.
