A late November storm brought high winds and heavy snows to parts of Upstate New York. I photographed this scene of the wind whipped waves and distant snow bands from the eastern shore of Lake Ontario. I was looking north towards the bands of snow that would bury the area around Watertown NY in feet of snow.
