County Road 5 south of Ridgeway is another lightly traveled back road that offers spectacular vistas of the Mt. Sneffels range, which are particular stunning when illuminated by the morning sunlight. In addition to the fabulous sweeping vistas found along CR5, there are numerous lead-in views that offer the photographer a seemingly endless possibility for capturing intimate scenes thru the Aspen forests, such as this one I captured on a glorious October morning in Colorado!
